CHANCE MADE US SISTERS, CHOICE MADE US FRIENDS
I would like to have this opportunity to greet my beautiful and loving sisturs from anotha motha a HAPPY 43RD ANNIVERSARY TO OUR SORORITY! :D
Sisterhood is the essence of all the wisdom of the ages, distilled into a single word. You cannot see sisterhood, neither can you hear it nor taste it. But you can feel it a hundred times a day. It is a pat on the back, a smile of encouragement. It’s someone to share with, to celebrate your achievements.” ~ Anonymous

EL SECRETO DE SUS OJOS - 2010 Academy award winner for Best Foreign Film

The opening film for the 9th Spanish Film festival this coming Sept 29, 2010 at Greenbelt cinema 3, 7 pm.

Benjamin Esposito has just retired after a lifetime working as an employee in a criminal court. To occupy his free time he decides to write a novel based on a true story of what has been a witness and protagonist.

The novel he writes is, apparently, the story of a murder in Buenos Aires in 1974, and research to find the culprit. But once you open the door this past Esposito himself was impossible to close it again. First, because the turbulent Argentina then seeps into the lives of the characters, with its share of violence and death. And, above all because, although Esposito suppose that weaves the story speaks only of the past, the search lights in a stark his own life and her present, and you face a dilemma of love that haunts him for too long.

Reconstructing the past will lead you to dive into their own feelings, their own behaviors and decisions. And find the truth will eventually become a target rather than literary, but the key that lets you open the door to live the rest of his life.

I hope I could watch this film, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to. First, it’s going to be shown on a weekday and second, I have work and where’s my work?. Batangas. ugh. But any way, I’ll try my best to watch any film or documentaries that will be shown for the whole October with my brother. Of course, I’ll take the weekend shows.

It has always been a plan of me to enroll in a dance workshop but every year I failed with so many reasons that I can’t even remember, but this time (hopefully) I’ll try again, well if it fits my schedule and I hope that I don’t have work at Saturdays so I may able to attend the classes. I was browsing the net and came upon this: ACTS Dance and Arts Academy who are offering different kinds of classes for different kinds of genres for everyone who loves dancing and the price?. I was stunned; they cater workshops for about 1700-3500 for 6-12 sessions, now how good is that eh?. I also liked their schedule, it’s very flexible and  you could choose from what day and time that is convenient for you.
I’m thinking of Lyrical Hiphop (Interpretative and sexy dance moves in the tune of slow RnB?. ohyeah), or maybe Jazz Funk (I’m quite intrigued by this class) or I should try Jazz (I’m worried I don’t have any history in ballet moves or whatever, but I’d love to try this) or I can go hiphop (It has been my favorite genre eversince. :))

Series creator Alan Ball tells Rolling Stone: “To me, vampires are sex. I don’t get a vampire story about abstinence. I’m 53. I don’t care about high school students. I find them irritating and uninformed.” -Source
and I couldn’t agree more.

right?

“Love is like wine, you wouldn’t want to pop the cork on the bottle as soon as you bought it right?. You gotta let it age and ripened til it’s just right. When it’s ready you just get the cork screw and just make it pop…”
